Can we meet you in person?

While we don't have a physical storefront, we do attend a lot of conventions to sell our books, show exclusive stock, and talk about what we're currently working on! Check out our Twitter or Instagram pages for the latest list of shows that we'll be at.

How long does shipping take?

If you're based in the UK, our Standard shipping is 2nd class Royal Mail and Express is 1st class Royal Mail. Any UK orders over 2kg will be sent via Parcelforce 48.

If you're outside of the UK, your order will be sent tracked via a standard international service: this typically takes 5-15 working days but can take up to 30 days during peak seasons such as the Christmas period.

Do you ship to my country?

Our priority is ensuring that your order arrives with you in a safe and timely manner. Unfortunately, there are some countries that we cannot guarantee reliable shipping to, so if you find that you cannot checkout, it's likely that we cannot ship to your location. If you think this is an error, please contact us at hello@crownandcrown.store so that we can look into it.

 Unfortunately, at this time, this includes the EU due to a high amount of lost parcels and post-Brexit law changes that prevent us from ensuring that your order will arrive safely. However, we do try to make an appearance at at least one EU-based convention per year: follow our Twitter or Instagram pages to find out where and when we'll be visiting!

Even if we cannot physically ship to you, you can still purchase any digital content available in the store.

What's up with your shipping costs?

As a UK-based company, a lot of our shipping is international - we understand it can be expensive! If you're placing a large order (weighing over 2kg), we have to use a special courier to ship it; you may find that it works out cheaper to split your order into several parts so that we can send it via our standard courier. We know - it doesn't make sense, but we don't make the rules...

Alternately, we provide a Print on Demand option for most of our books through our DriveThruRPG account. DTRPG have printers located across the globe, which means that shipping is generally cheaper for these products.

I've just received an email from CBF Fulfilment, is this you?

Yes! We fulfil all of our orders through CBF Fulfilment: if you're placing an order from outside of the UK, you may receive an email from them with your tracking details.
